cool place, friendly co workers, flexible hours
Cons
everything else. get hired as salesperson for morning shifts, they have you do night shifts and unload trucks graveyard shift because the people for those shifts never want to work so they call out, get fired, etc. revolving door and giant game of hot potato, where everyone just passes each crappy shift off to someone else. they tell you you'll be working 8am-3pm but you get your schedule and you're 4pm-10pm then have to come back 5 hours later to work 3am-1pm unloading the truck. Real sales jobs pay more, real warehouse jobs pay more, this one makes you do both and pays as much as neither.
