Medical Benefits and raises were great during the pandemic.

Cons

Store Manager was never at work always had some emergency and you had to cover. Was once told by my Store Manager the "You are not going to do anything to mess up my bonus". Never communicated plans for the day, just had to read daily down load, and if you did not due it the way the manager wanted they would criticize you in front of team. Never asked about your thoughts or even cared about your options or skills you bring to the job.

Cons

It's retail, so just dealing with rude customers. Nothing to do with Harbor Freight.

Great place for wearhouse work

Pros

Great place,great pay, friendly coworkers who are always willing to work with you and at your pace.

Cons

Management could be better they claim they don't take favorites but they clearly do. They send people to different departments despite people putting in their application they didn't want to be relocated. They "promise" to help teach people to train in different departments yet still make them do their department and never talk about training ever again.
