      Pros

      Clear objectives from managers with a good crew. Excellent product group. Opportunity to make extra monies available, but limited. Especially when we all work part time. The crew were a diverse and good group with whom to work.

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunities. There is a store manager, 2 assistant managers, a head supervisor - cashier, and 2 assistant head cashiers. Pay rate and raises were low; e.g. I had an excellent review and was given a $0.130 raise from $9.050 starting salary.

      Pros

      Bonus was good and wasn't that hard to meet. 20% discount for employees.

      Cons

      Hard to get quality people for minimum wage plus part timers were only allowed around 15 hours. Too many projects that senior management expected to be done in an unrealistic time frame. Senior management not very helpful and out for themselves. Expected you to sell a high percentage of extended warranties and inside track club memberships which people didn't want.
