      Pros

      If you work here you will get a paycheck, accrue PTO time, and get to work around tools. You will learn from the customers.

      Cons

      What was once the best place to work for has become an abyss. The founders son is not concerned with the associates and their families welfare (his father was, and is). The son is only concerned with lining his pocket and amassing wealth. If you work here, you will have a job. Not a job you can count on keeping.

      Pros

      I enjoyed all I worked with. I worked my way from store clerk to district manager and knew everything about the company and l loved my job.

      Cons

      Company greed did me and a lot of others in. The company went from a great place to work and grow to a screw you we can find someone to do it cheaper company.

      Good Money, but High Turnover of Management

      Godd bonus potential, average benefits.

      Cons

      Fewer and fewer managers with more than 5 years with the company. Very low payroll percent. Converted to a Wal-Mart model a few years ago. Had 4 different regional managers in 2 years. Very difficult enviroment.
