Pros

Better than average starting pay and good benefits. A good company to work for if the management was any good.

Cons

The management at the store at Slidell, LA wouldn't work with second job schedule. Told me she would, but as soon as schedule was made she told me to figure it out myself. Very disrespectful and rude.

Pros

A paycheck. A part-time paycheck. As long as you are willing to have Open Availability (kinda hard to make this a 2nd job, eh?) hit the next-to-impossible quotas, hawking **USELESS** extras like the Extended Serivce Plan and Inside Track Club...and you are willing to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING asked of you.

Cons

--Having to deal with clueless idiots for management. --Nasty, rude, smelly customers that may or may not understand English. --The fact that you will ALWAYS be part time, or in my case, have your Full Time hours and benefits cut off without warning. --You can be fired for literally ANYTHING at ANY TIME

Pros

Most employees are down to earth hard working folks. Customers are fun and I have learned alot from them. PTO accrues quickly and opportunities to earn extra on spiffs.

Cons

No real training program, on the job training and you're lucky if someone knows enough about the job to help. More than half of the management teams sits in the office and plays on their phone. The rest of the management team works their butt off and takes a beating for the company and their job. Senior staff plays favorites and overlooks serious performance problems while writing up folks that are taking on huge workloads and who also struggle to get their work done.
