Company offers good individual benefits for full time workers. Company offers decent bonus incentives for management. Company offers decent employee discount.

Cons

Low leadership expectations of store and district management. Lack of professionalism in store and district management Inefficient procedures which lead to wasted time. Distribution centers will pass shrinkage onto the stores leading to inaccurate inventory counts. Shady locations Company has a habit of transferring bad managers instead of terminating them. Inability to stick to return policy. Lack of clarity for job expectations.

Harbor Freight has some of the best benefits for a single person. It also has great paid time off for full time.

Cons

The medical benefits for a family is terrible. You will also be working every holiday because the store manager will not be there.

Cons

Lack of professionalism Lack of leadership Lack of actual training Constant fear of termination at any time for no reason Advancement used to be possible, not so much now as they hire in people from the outside with no knowledge of products or even tools in general Sketchy locations
