Pros

- The pay is competitive and the work is not that difficult - Discounts in Harbor Freight - Room for growth

Cons

- Unpleasant work environment - Managers get bonuses based on sales but you won't if you're the sales associate - Customers can be incredibly difficult - The bathrooms somehow get ridiculously disgusting every single day and cleaning them can be a pain

Good starting pay and opportunity for advancement.

Cons

The opportunity for advancement is so prevalent they will promote anyone to any position as long as you don’t question anyone in management. Poor life work balance, often asked to work hours that violate labor laws less than 8hours between shifts. When I was there issues of harassment were swept under the table due to a lack of HR presence.
