You get good paid time off and decent pay.

Cons

Management sucks. If they don't like you anymore they will try to bully you out. They also like to call people harsh names. Unfortunately you can't say anything to the store manger about another manger who sucks at there job without getting yelled at or brushed off. Been there for years and they don't care about you.

At Harbor Freight, we value people above all else and we are committed to providing our Associates with competitive compensation to support their lives. We review the wages for our Retail Associates three times a year by comparing them with the market and minimum wage, and we also review them once a year during the annual performance review. We do our best to stay ahead of the minimum wage and we do not pay at the minimum wage. We also review the wages of surrounding retailers to determine the need for an increase in the current wage . Great people and benefits, snacks in breakroom, top shelf pay compared to all other retail jobs. Will be the most rewarding retail job you will ever have.

Cons

No company car, drinking on the job is frowned upon, must wear a uniform shirt, cannot work topless or in crocs.
