Pros

Make extra money selling warranties m

Cons

This company does whatever it wants regardless of state or federal laws and what the labor board says is not allowed. They hired 20 employees and give them each 5-7 hours. So much discrimination and favoritism. I experienced so much retaliation from a complaint I had to file an EEOC complaint. There are no values with this company. I also saw senior ascouate sexual harrased by an LOD, to make her shut up they changed her job title and her shifts all against her will.

Pros

Very casual retailer you can wear jeans to work. Benefits package is one of the best with a wellness package.

Cons

The company gives very little hours to run the store properly We have a few thousand price changes that take affect multiple times a month. The biggest issue with the price change is that the prices are almost always the same they just change the title on the tag from Limited Time or As Advertised and change the colored overlay, it is very deceiving to the customers and many have started to figure it out. The company is so fixated on collecting customers name address email and phone numbers. We also get beat up if we don't sell extended service plans and the store membership cards. The company is very task oriented and we never have enough allotted hours to finish the many tasks and expectations assigned daily, managers need to cheat to get the fake results. Many managers have books with section tags and price tags that they update as needed and scan the book when the price audits happen once a month, the book is for blue table and mat sections because it is so difficult to keep the magnetic tags in the correct place. Doing that gives them a perfect scan and they will always pass the audit.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, Great Co-workers

Cons

Not enough hours yet so many things to get done. Rude customers who try to talk down to you. Some days you're just over worked. Inadequately compensated to do what my job title entails, still work truck, and be a main cashier at times.
