Great coworkers, Decent pay. Internal Promotion.

Cons

Awful work-life balance. One day I will open the store next day I will close the store. Then I will open again. They only require 10 hours between each shift. Leaving me exhausted and unable to form any kind of routine for my life. It leads to employees burnout and poor performance.

Good people to work with, small store allows for easy location of product, good day pacing, good pay with bonus, flexible schedule for students

Cons

Poor scheduling and corporate policy, too much scripting for the required job, requires a lot of multitasking
