Pros

Accumulated sick and vacation time even for part time people. Crew and Assistant Managers are great.

Cons

I sure it depends on store but work/life balance is horrible. If you aren't 100% dedicated to Harbor Freight you will be given flack for it. Upper management is a complete joke. Their expectations for a "McJob" are ridiculous. All they care about is selling their junk warranty and membership plans, you will get tired of hearing it.

Employees which are most on welfare due to minimum wages the company offer while the owners are billionaires

Cons

Mandatory 1am -9am weekly shifts unloading truck for minimum wage Lifting boxes with tools weighting well over 80 LBS for minimum wage No Insurance No Benefits No future

Out-dated technology and organization processes, not environmentally friendly, upper management (district managers and up) are poor leaders and either unwilling or unable to provide support
