Good hourly pay with bonus opportunities, friendly associates and management staff, fun environment.

Cons

Erratic schedule. Open 363 days a year, Monday thru Sunday. Some short weeks, some long weeks. Days shifts and night shifts with no real consistency from week to week.

Decent pay, lunch breaks and 15 minute breaks. Employee discount and good benefits.

Cons

Inconsistent hours, shifts as early as 4 am, and sometimes the store manager would power trip.
