      Pros

      Benefits are extremely cheap and comprehensive, tons of PTO and sick time

      Cons

      Refuses to promote to management from within, does not back up employees on customer complaints, clueless upper management

      Pros

      The pay isn't horrible. Co-workers tend to be good to work with. ...that's about it.

      Cons

      No training at all. Managment is horrible, full of idiots who would rather blame everyone else because they can't do their job instead of trying to fix the problem. Believe me the paycheck is not worth the BS you'll deal with. Don't get your hopes up about benefits or tuition reinburstment - flat out lies, only full time gets that, which means only managment.
