I’ve met a lot of great people and have built some great relationships here and I’ve felt very secure at this company throughout a lot of uncertainty with the pandemic and economy. I’m grateful for the experiences and opportunities ive had here..

Cons

while we offer good benefits and decent pay, leadership seems to be very out of touch and disconnected from what lower-level employees really want and need from an employer. The benefits and pay keep you here, but they feel like golden handcuffs. It seems like the company offers a lot in exchange for a lot and you'll pay in your wellbeing. work-life balance is a big opportunity. It's promoted as something that the company values but there are too many people feeling burned out by the demands of workload and lean running teams.

Every company preaches "values" "work life balance" "integrity" and the moment you start the whole game ends there. BUT I have got to say since I've been at Harbor Freight, they have yet to deviate from that promise and even the higher management in home office OFTEN make it a primary focal point to get our feedback, or opinions and even any frustrations and it's almost unreal that not only do they have someone, A PERSON, reading it all, but also RESPONDING, with the mindset of "how can we change to make it better for everyone" and they ACTUALLY FOLLOW THRU AND CHANGE!!! It honestly makes you do a double take because for once in a job, not only are people listening but ACTUALLY CARE!! I honestly adore my job here.

Cons

I just wish i could give everyone full time hours. that's my only con honestly. I spent a good time thinking on what to say here but other than I wish i could give more people full time i would!
