We review the wages for our Retail Associates several times a year by comparing them with the market, including the wages of surrounding retailers and the applicable minimum wage, and we will make appropriate increases. Retail Associates’ wages are also evaluated and adjusted during the annual performance review period, in addition to other discretionary compensation we provide to our Associates. In-Store Management: Hit or Miss

Great company to work for. Excellent pay and benefits. Corporate and HR tend to have the associates' backs.

Cons

The vetting for Store Managers isn't great. In my 4 years with the company, I've only met one Store Manager that I thought was really amazing, and he wasn't mine. Also, for the part-timers, they are scheduled a strict 12 hours a week (unless staffing is short) which is basically nothing, so we can't keep part-timers to save our lives.
