Pros

Harbor Freight really looks after their employees. Bonus opportunities are nice and easy to get. Company pays for majority of the medical/dental/vision benefits and have a great 401k.

Cons

Turnover is high because of how much is asked for part time employees to do given the amount of business they receive. Wages continues to rise for part time employees.
