Good coworkers for the most part, pretty easy job.

Cons

Scheduling is godawful. I've never worked retail before so maybe thats standard. Bad Scheduling leaves work life balance unattainable.

I love the job, the pay and my team. Great benefits and family living balance no complaints there. Oh and I love how you are recognize by management for your hard work

Cons

I wish we as part of the sales team would received bonuses or commission or quarterly or annually bonuses as the sales manager does as being part of the sales team
