      Great communication from management team. Flexible hours Clean store

      Cons

      Knowledge of hardware tools is needed to be successful in sales. (They will train you, but it is much easier already having background knowledge.)

      Pros

      Great company, even in a state where its not required to be. You get breaks and pto as part time employee. Staff is great, management as well. Very supportive.

      Cons

      Standing can take a toll.
