The Benefits. The Customers are destination shoppers, so they are great. Many of my co-workers.

Cons

Bad management. Breaks are hit and miss. I had to utilize my personal phone for company on hand inventory checks, this was mandated by my manager. They preach "Culture" this and "Culture" that..... However - It does not trickle down to the stores. At the time I left there had been a great deal of Turnover at the Leadership Level. The company as a whole is not self aware of their issues.
