Company has a lot of promise. Very innovative in unique ways. Mostly very good people and lots of long-term opportunity.

Cons

There are a few bad apples in high levels of management that strongly detract from an otherwise fantastic culture.

- Amazing team that works like a family -awesome training - great benefits such as easy to accumulate PTO and insurance benefits - Fun work

Cons

- Semi strict uniform (Not really a con it's just a T shirt and a guideline for work pants and shoes you can wear but honestly not that bad) - Attendance point system is a little low
