It's not a bad job, but..

Pros

Flexible scheduling if you have open availability. They give you two fifteen minute breaks and thirty minutes unpaid for lunch. They do look out for you as a whole.

Cons

Pushy metrics, not really customer-centric, middle to low quality in-house products you have to push replacement plans for. They keep track of your percentages and if you don't meet them you will be replaced. High turnover for sales. "You wear many hats." and understaffed. Incredible amount of returns.
