Pros

Very good benefits, especially the PTO it accrues based on hours worked. A full time employee can expect 8 plus hours accrued per month on top of base of 32 a year. Sick time accrues the same way, but a little less. Pay is good and work life balance is amazing for management.

Cons

Can be difficult to get HR to help out and it is very hard to fire employees that need to go .

The commission or “Spiffs” as they call them are great if you’re a good salesperson. The hourly pay was average but the commission on memberships and warranties allows you to increase your income potential substantially.

Not a lot of room for growth
