Good pay for retail, you can earn sick and vacation time based on the hours you work (even as a part time employee)

Cons

There is a strict script you must follow for every interaction with a customer, any attempt to insert your personality or create a better customer experience will be shot down and you'll be told to follow the script word for word. Makes me feel like a robot instead of a sales person.

Close one night open next day only one weekend off per month ridiculous push on credit applications and tool club enrollment.
