They are currently fairly competitive for pay in my area for the work. They do listen some. I have seen a change suggested by a part timer get passed all the way up to corporate and implemented. Inventory organization is much better than what I have heard/seen at the bigger box competitors, It’s rare that I can’t find something if its in stock

Cons

Inconsistent Shifts but that’s retail Even if you are applying for warehouse/stocking there’s still a good chance you will be cross trained into cashier Overtime is very rare, though that may be a pro
