Front line associates are awesome!

Cons

Too many in-store management layers. The "Pillars" aren't worth the paper they are printed on. Bonus metrics promote bad and unethical habits. The district manager position is a huge joke. I could go on and on.

i love my job ilove the benefits i love everything about the job

they pick and choose who they allow do things this is not an equal opportunity employer its put me in a complete depression becathe way inm treated i reported them in march nothing happened and the same tings are still happening so they wrote me up before i report them but i already called
