      The pay is decent. That’s about it.

      Cons

      The company lacks in developing employees. If you want to progress your career, then look at other companies. It’s a very cliquey environment. The most talented employees aren’t the ones who get promoted. I’ve never seen an executive team push their political beliefs so much on the employee base.
