      Pros

      Pay is decent, commissions are ok, customers like the cheap China made stuff. The old boss appreciated us.

      Cons

      Leadership would tell you how many times a minute to blink if they could. Ultra controlling and seldom is anything said positive and meant. They say it, but cannot wait to say, "however". This is old-school retail, good old boys club. They seniors act elite and pompous and treat everyone else like they do not matter. as for family time? forget it....work first environment.

      Pros

      Commissions allow opportunity to increase wages. Paid time off and sick time, health insurance for full timers. Half our lunches.

      Cons

      Corruption in management, policies requiring employees to use their personal vehicles for mandatory coupon distribution to local businesses and refusing to reimburse for gas mileage. Company policy states personal vehicles are not covered under company insurance while used on the clock. Company policy states you will be reimbursed for gas but it does not happen. Extremely high turnover, no formal training for management, draconian sales policies that create a 'built to fail' environment for employees. Payroll/hours for part timers extraordinarily volatile. Stores chronically understaffed. Culture of apathy.

      Not enough hours Hard work and low pay Competition with commissions New hires get more hours than long term employees Some managers are not even management material
