      Company is decent to work for

      Pros

      Most of my coworkers were generally great. The accumulation of PTO was generous. I think it was an alright job.

      Cons

      The management ...and corporate policies on name collecting, warranty and membership sales were constant badgering and a talking to if you didnt get numbers which was a slap in the face when they took away commission to the sales associates yet management kept bonuses based on the success of the entire store that included the numbers that they constantly hounded about. Scheduling was never regular.

      Stop worrying about hours

      Pros

      To me, the pros of working with Harbor Freight include the very team I work with and the sense of comradery we have with each other.

      Cons

      To me, the main cons of working with Harbor Freight include no insurance benefits at all for part-time employees and semi-regular hour cuts, along with relying on the computer to set the schedule as opposed to allowing to build the basis and updating it from there to meet the needs of both the business and the employees properly.

We noticed that you mentioned there were no insurance benefits for our part-time associates, however, our Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off benefits are offered to all associates. We encourage you to continue providing your suggestions as we strive to be the best place to work.       Favoritism Favoritism Favoritism and more Favoritism. All shown to the ones who are dishonest
