The breakroom was nice when it would get stocked.

Cons

Having to push for and basically force customers to purchase ESP's, ITC's. Having to practically force people to give me their name, number, email, address and having those customers become irate when askes for that information. Having my hours depend on how many people I can con into purchasing ESP's and ITC'S. More than half of my stores customer base is old white men, they dont have email addresses. Most of them have never used a computer.

Never work more than 40 hours

Cons

Corporate doesnt care about if you need extra help in the warehouse or sales floor. Highly under staffed at the North Charleston store. Pay is horrible, 16/hr and a regular employee gets 14-15 Doesnt pay to be a manager Supervisor bonuses add like 300$ a month if you can hit goals every month. Impossible goals.
