-pay -relocation (reimbursement style) -no micro managing

Cons

- locations (not near civilization) - no structure - warehousing systems way outdated - still paper file/e-file everything. Lack basic modern systems for organization - no accountability - floating holiday off - requiring PTO put in for days site is closed or work an extra day that week
