Pros
I was going to assist with opening their new Catskill NY store. I think once the store opens next week, the hours would have been flexible.
Cons
I ended up resigning the next day after the 8 hour orientation. I was disappointed to see that they pretty much demand their logistics associates to sell sell sell those ESP’s and ITC’s. They showed a sample monthly statistics report on a power point at the orientation which turned me off to the job. I have recently retired from a 23 year law enforcement career and was looking to pursue a career with Harbor Freight , but when I saw that, in my opinion that is micromanagement at its finest. It’s a shame they have to do that. I would have expected better from them.
