      None at all. The company's leadership is a joke and does not treat all associates in a professional manner.

      Cons

      Upper management should all be required to have some kind of formal human resources training.

      This place is a joke and a con at its best. They are always saying how it is the best place to work, how good they pay you, and that your home work life balance is great! All lies! They will use you, lie to you, manipulate you and expect you to be greatful for the "opportunity" to alloe them to do so. That place is as big of a joke as the owner who claims to have built the company when it was actually his dad who did everything.

      Good payed holidays, vacation, and extra time for even part time associates.

      Cons

      poor pay, lack of advancement, company rarely promotes from within, very demanding for a minimum wage job. a lot of night work with no shift premium.
