Pros

I've managed stores for the last 12 years. Thos is by far the best and easiest role I've ever had. Pay is good. Bonuses are good. Work life balance is good, but you need to get your store right first. My team is legit now.

Cons

Not too much. It's hard to find good leadership, but that's everywhere. A lot of people are scared of "tools" so they don't apply or they're just not qualified at all.

As a manager, I’ve experienced ample opportunities for advancement through clear goal-setting and supportive biannual reviews. The benefits are generous, and the company’s dedication to its employees is evident in its efforts to create a positive workplace.

Cons

Pushing through innovative changes can be a challenge due to a preference for established practices. However, this is improving over time. Additionally, the policy requiring the use of PTO for jury duty is a downside, though it is not uncommon.
