Cons

They will create scandals to get rid of you for any reason.Whether it's to hire someone else or remove the position all-together. They did this to many ex-employees.

Pros

PTO accrual. I can't remember the formula but its generous for retail. Their systems flowed pretty well, made the job easier.

Cons

Some stores have cramped back-of-houses. Also, since they staff around 12-20 people per store, you'll most likely have to come in on 4am truck shifts.
