money is good, good enough that it's difficult to leave because you will make less elsewhere. company generally seems interested in doing what's right by employees.

Cons

I have never been told to do more with less. extremely limited hours for store,dm destroys morale with every visit. condescending and dismissive. lack of support. lots of lip service.
