Great Pay, Not best enviornment

Pros

Great Pay! Semi decent benefits. Bonus program is one of the best around for store management. Also potential to sell programs to earn small commissions.

Cons

Open on all holidays and weekends. No such thing as snow days, even in state of emergency. Expected to work minimum of 50 hours per week, with or without breaks. DM's are not team players and don't help when they should. Zero time off since employees constantly call for help or questions.

Flexible hours and work well with kids and school. Laid back and get commission. Manager Lorenzo Rivera is awesome!!!

Cons

You work your butt off to get the position you want to only find out they give it to someone else who doesn't deserve it and always end up looking for a new head or assistant cashier.
