      High Stress Retail Environment

      There really aren't any pros that I could find, this job was very high stress

      Cons

      The worst imaginable customers, one customer slammed a pipe wrench down on my counter so hard it hit my hand and left a horrible bruise and swelling. He did that because he was mad about having to wait in line.

      I worked with a lot of there tools and I loved them. And now I would love to sell them and manage a store with there tools

      There is none at all I see it a win win sitution

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Opportunity to earn extra money through spiffs, spectacular management that really take the time to train and coach their employees, full benefits after a year of employment for part-timers, in general very easy job and very laid back environment. Great hours during parking lot sale. Growing company with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      As I said, it is a very easy job, but sometimes it can be too easy. You kind of get trapped up front as a cashier without very much to do and the hours can be spotty at times.
