      Pros

      Can easily move up in the company when you show interest. They work well with your schedule. Can make extra money with the extra programs you have to sell.

      Cons

      Expect a lot out of cashiers for minimum wage. Very slow and out dated computer systems. Always short handed.

      Good company to wok for. There is room for advancement and the company cares about their employees.

      Cons

      From a supervisor's perspective or my perspective as a supervisor, because the company cares so much it makes your job hard when you have to work with incompetent or in willing employees because it takes so much to get rid of them. Eecially if the managers don't back you.
