      Pros

      nice people to work with, always interesting, flexible schedule and worked around things like school, learned a lot about tools, management was accessible

      Cons

      it was part time even if you were in management it was not forty hours the only one who got that was the store manager the pay was just above minimum wage

      Growing company with many advancement opportunities. Accrue paid time off very quickly (even part time employees). Loyal customer base

      Frequent issues with registers and computers (causes frustrations with customers). Lower starting pay than similar companies.

      Pros

      Laid back, great vacation package, flexible and easy to learn the procedures.

      Cons

      Not enough hours per store; could use more for coverage. Crazy overnight hours for pricing, and some projects have a lot more steps added to them, they could cut out time by condensing how they want programs completed. Shipments that are sent in are sometimes damaged and counts are off, need to have more attention to detail at the distribution warehouse.
