Upper management has no clue on what's going on at the properties. If you numbers are good on week one...you are the best thing since sliced bread...if they drop the next week, they have no problem telling you that "heads are going to roll, and someone's going to lose their job if the numbers are not back up next week".. The regional was absolutely horrible! They are cashed based, so you are forced to treat residents like hardened criminals if they don't pay their rent. By any means necessary, you better collect every single penny, including knocking on doors at 9pm, or as early at 5am. Working on major holidays such as Thanksgiving or Christmas in order to knock on doors, without pay or extra time off... This company has no integrity.
