Pros

Not really sure what pros there are. The work load is always changing, People are quitting all the time, the provides are nice. their work load is a lot. you get stocks after 5 years....

Cons

hard to make any positive changes without approval from the top. trickle down effect is the only way to get changes. no more unlimited pto. I have had 3 different managers since I've been here.
