Pros

The management works to help you get the most out of your job and fights for you. They are flexible to a reasonable degree and understand the importance of a work/ life balance.

Cons

Only 30 mins of lunch. I wish it was 1 hour.

Easy. Straight forward. Hybrid work schedule (possibly changing)

Cons

Management is absolutely clueless. Provide workers with random busy work and are not trusting what-so-ever. Are constantly reviewing you even after 6-7 months of training. Micro manage and don't understand boundaries.
