Pros

The role sounds exciting and is very one on one with helping the unemployed community of Ohio. They also work with people with mental disabilities Felonise or just getting back into the job market. The role is open due to growth.

Cons

The rule only pays $40,000 a year which is about 20,000 under the market for this type of role and it’s also only on a two-year grants with the possibility to go to more years so there is no longevity in the specific role.

Pros

Harbor really cares about both their employees and their patients. Great health benefit options, retirement match, and a significant amount of PTO/sick time/holidays. Good work-life balance. Ability to advance within the company or explore different career paths because of the multiple departments allowing for exposure to multiple populations. They are much bigger than I had initially realized.

Cons

None, I really enjoy working here.
