At Harbor, we put a lot of effort into developing a patient-centered culture, and to ensure the patients are receiving the highest quality care possible. I’m glad to hear that our staff is upholding this culture. There is currently a shortage of qualified mental health professionals in Northwest Ohio and across the nation, and, while we are actively recruiting, this shortage has had an impact on our caseloads. Regardless, we encourage management to meet with their staff regularly, and to be open to feedback.
