Pros

Free lunches Some truly dedicated doctors and most of the staff.

Cons

management that doesn’t care about patients. Lack of communication between departments. Coworkers that don’t pull their weight. Having a supervisor that doesn’t jump in and help when needed. Morale is lacking

Pros

The agency provides numerous, consistent services to the clients in the area. Co-workers provide consistent support towards reaching goals and bringing joy to the office.

Cons

Keeping in a 1950s style of operation, change is slow and resistant. Innovation is not rewarded, but instead an "old boys' network" is how individuals are recognized. There is little opportunity for growth from within the agency.

Good co-workers, poor management

Pros

Many of the employees there are great people. I learned a lot in my time there. In general it was a good place to work. With the exception of the upper management, it was a very positive experience.

Cons

On several occasions upper management gave contradictory instructions on how to do something. Management also seemed to make decisions without understanding the full effects.
