Pros

Great job of employing industry best practices and reinforcing a culture of quality. Good pay (though benefits are only OK) and stable work.

Cons

Benefits (especially time off policies) are not competitive with industry. Not a very innovative environment, would benefit from integrating progressive benefits and policies to attract and retain newer talent. Limited diversity (especially in leadership roles).

Culture, the people are great to work with and it is a low-stress environment. Experience, various project to expand your skillset

Cons

Benefits could be better, but the flexibility of the work schedule makes up for that.

Pros

People seem generally happy working here. You are expected to take responsibility for your work. You are not allowed to throw a teammate "under the bus". Harassment is not tolerated. I hired in at age 57 and intend to retire here. I've been with the company almost 5 years. They are slow to hire but also slow to fire. They work at trying to keep all their employees in place during slow times.

Cons

We are growing so fast, that it's hard to know everybody in your own Department.
