Jumping from project to project enables you to learn different industries and apply different techniques to many applications. Very safety oriented with quarterly safety meetings. Very friendly workers, some are outgoing others are typical engineers. Same with management, personalities vary but overall they are great to work with. Benefits could be cheaper, but my last company had the best healthcare plan I have ever had so hard to compare this current one to it. Great opportunity to learn more at this company.

Cons

Make sure you have a good base to build off of knowledge-wise. The training is zero to none. Some of the upper management have zero people skills, but again engineers.
