Compared to most epc's that treat their employees like dirt this is an excellent company.

Teamwork and a willingness to be flexible where most competitors are rigid and conforming to their unimaginative management teams with their volumes of procedures.

Cons

Difficult to compete with the big competitors. But the big competitors have such a high turnover that they are doomed to mediocrity. They hide behind diversity as an excuse to have no loyalty to employees.

There is a do flexible schedule. There seems to be good people. The office is nice and laid back. No one seems overworked.

Cons

A lot of the work is boring and not very challenging. The advancement seems limited. I work in a soul crushing cubicle.
