Shown cold demeanor, laughed out the door when they learned a family member had cancer.

Pros

Would be worth the paycheck if they were not 2 faced.

Cons

Upon being hired, kept hearing from management that I was hired during the wrong time not once but twice as if I had anything to do with that. Management seems to take everything personal and never be hyper. Or being entirely cold from several people including being laughed at out the door when Harkins learns your family member has cancer.

Very good benefits and additional compensation via bonuses, profit sharing, stock options, etc. They are invested in employee development. Young, growing workforce.

Cons

Long hours typical of construction. Little support from higher management.
