Pros

There's a strong incentive not only to thrive at Harkins, but to continuously evolve and grow in your role. I never feel like I can't go to my manager for advice, both personal and professional. Great benefits, including 4% 401k matching and ESOP.

interesting, active work. Decent pay. Bonuses and profit sharing are a highlight

Cons

long hours expected to be worked with no extra compensation. They expect you to work 50-60 hours a week on the job but only want you to enter 8 hours a day on your timesheet. not much of a project pipeline in central VA
